This paper expounds the the characteristics,basic principles and operation flow of UAV Oblique Photography Technique. Take the application of Wangjiba Gate as a example, It helps the staff get high-quality data quickly and and complex 3D structure based on the BIM ＋GIS. Therefore the efficiency of routine work and flood control and emergency rescue could be improved.
