普瑞巴林联合阿米替林治疗慢性紧张型头痛的疗效

Efficacy of pregabalin combined with amitriptyline for chronic tension-type headache

目的探讨普瑞巴林联合阿米替林治疗慢性紧张型头痛(CTTH)的疗效及安全性。方法选取97例CTTH患者,随机分为联合治疗组50例和单药治疗组47例。联合治疗组给予普瑞巴林和阿米替林治疗,单药治疗组给予普瑞巴林治疗,疗程均为3个月。记录两组患者治疗前及治疗3个月后的疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、发作持续时间、发作频率、药物不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,两组的VAS评分、发作持续时间、发作频率均低于或少于治疗前(均P<0.05),且联合治疗组上述指标改善情况优于单药治疗组(均P<0.05);联合治疗组头痛缓解度和总有效率均高于单药治疗组(均P<0.05);两组药物不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论普瑞巴林联合阿米替林治疗CTTH优于普瑞巴林单用,不良反应无明显增加。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of pregabalin combined with amitriptyline for chronic tension-type headache（ CTTH）. Methods A total of 97 patients with CTTH were selected and were randomly assigned to combined therapy group（ n = 50） or monotherapy group（ n = 47）. The combined therapy group received pregabalin combined with amitriptyline for 3 months,while the monotherapy group received pregabalin alone for 3 months. The Visual Analogue Scale（ VAS） score,duration and frequency of headache attack,and incidence rate of adverse drug reactions were recorded in the two groups before treatment and after 3 months of treatment.Results After treatment,the VAS score and the duration and frequency of headache attack were lower or less in the two groups compared to those before treatment（ all P〈0. 05）,and the improvement of the indices above in the combined therapy group was superior to that in the monotherapy group（ all P〈0. 05）; the headache release and total effective rate in the combined therapy group were higher than those in the monotherapy group（ all P〈0. 05）; there was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse drug reactions between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Pregabalin combined with amitriptyline is superior to pregabalin alone in the treatment of CTTH,and it does not increase significant side effects.
