和田地区基层医院护士对突发公共事件救护知识、态度以及行为的现状调查

The Knowledge,Attitude and Behaviors of Primary Nurses on Public Emergency Rescue in Hotan

目的调查和田地区基层医院护士对突发公共事件救护的现状,为基层医院护士灾害护理知识培训和继续教育提供依据。方法 2016年12月,采用分层随机抽样法,选取和田地区153名基层医院护士为调查对象,采用自行设计的问卷对调查对象的一般资料、突发公共事件救护知识、态度与行为进行现况调查。结果基层医院护士突发公共事件救护知识、态度、行为水平不高,得分分别为(48.13±11.45)、(40.45±2.35)、(35.56±6.24)分;56.86%的护士未参加过灾害救护,60.13%的护士从未参加过灾害相关培训。结论基层医院护士突发公共事件救护的知信行水平不尽如人意,基层医疗机构应尽快促进突发公共卫生事件应急处置的规范化、制度化,完善灾害相关培训体系,建立严格的检查监督机制,从而提高基层医院护士的灾害护理能力。

Objective To investigate the knowledge,attitude and behaviors of primary nurses on public e mergency rescue in Hotan,and to provide a reference for disaster training and continuing educations. Meth- ods In December 2016,the stratified random sampling method was used to select 153 primary nurses from the Hotan region as the survey subjects. The self designed questionnaire was used to investigate the current status of demographic data, and the knowledge, attitude and behaviors of nurses on the public emergency rescue. Results The knowledge, attitude and behaviors of nurses on public emergency rescue were not high,the score was （48.13±11.45） points,（40.45±2.35） points and （35.56±6.24） points,respectively; 56.86% of the nurses did not participate in disaster relief and 60.13% of them did not receive the disaster related training. Conclusions Nurses from Hotan region do not have an overall understanding of public e mergencies. It is important to focus on the training of nurses in knowledge and skills of public emergency rescue. A modern and standardized disaster nursing training model with greater efforts should be estab lished to improve the nurses＇ capabilities of disaster management.
