物流从业人员工作幸福感调查及影响因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 物流从业人员是物流产业实施的智力载体,研究物流从业人员工作幸福感有利于物流活动效率和效益的提升,更是物流产业推动经济在发展转换的关键。基于文献综述和相关理论研究,通过深入访谈法,结合人口统计调查的方式,运用统计数据从性别、学历、岗位、岗位层级、月收入、工作时间长度和企业性质7个方面对413位物流从业人员工作幸福感现状展开调查和研究,得出在性别、学历、岗位、企业性质这四个方面,物流从业人员的工作幸福感没有显著差异,而岗位层级、月收入、工作时间长度这三个因素对物流从业人员的工作幸福感有显著影响。针对影响物流从业人员工作幸福感的三个因素,建议通过矩阵型组织结构形式以团队项目合作来增加层级、提高收入水平、合理安排基础岗位时长、加强职业生涯规划和胜任力培养。 Logistics employees are the intellectual carriers of logistics industry implementation.The study of logistics employees' job well-being is not only conducive to improving the efficiency and benefit of logistics activities,but also the key to promoting economic development and transformation of logistics industry.On the basis of literature review and related theoretical research,through in-depth interviews and demographic survey,this paper uses statistical analysis software SPSS 22.0 to analyze 413 logistics employees' work well-being from seven aspects:gender,education,post,post level,monthly income,length of working hours and enterprise nature.The results show that the factors of gender,education,post and enterprise nature have no significant impact on the job well-being of logistics' employees.While post level,monthly income and length of working hours have a marked impact on their job wellbeing.Focusing on the three factors that influence the job well-being of employees,the paper,with the matrix structure,proposed to increase post level,raise income,arrange appropriate working hours and strengthen employees' competence so as to raise their job well-being.
