NC-CH型高温脱氯剂在连续重整装置的应用

APPLICATION OF NC-CH TYPE HIGH TEMPERATURE DECHLORINATING AGENT IN CONTINUOUS REFORMING UNIT

介绍NC-CH型脱氯剂的特点及在中国石化扬子石油化工有限公司1. 5 Mt/a连续重整装置再生循环气中的工业应用情况。应用结果表明:NC-CH型超高温脱氯剂具有较好的脱氯性能,脱氯罐出口HCl含量小于1μl/L;该脱氯剂能抗碳酸化、不结块,双罐使用寿命较长,床层压降小于0. 05 MPa,满足了再生循环气脱氯的需要,降低了干燥系统的氯腐蚀,确保了装置的稳定运行和达标排放。

Characteristics of NC-CH type dechlorinating agent and its industrial application situation on the regeneration recycled gas from the 1. 5 Mt/a continuous reforming unit were described. The application results showed that NC-CH type ultra high temperature dechlorination agent possessed better dechlorination characteristics,content of HCl in the dechlorination tank was less than 1 μl/L. The dechlorination agent was anti-carbonation and non-caking,service period of the double tank was longer,bed pressure drop was less than 0. 05 MPa,and the dechlorination need of the regeneration cycle smoke was met. The chlorine corrosion of the drying system was reduced,stable running of the unit was ensured and discharge standard was reached.
