氢气中的氯对柴油加氢装置的影响及措施

摘要 氢气带氯会造成柴油加氢精制装置新氢机系统、高压换热器管/壳程、热高压分离器液力透平密封等部位发生氯化铵盐结晶,引起反应系统差压增大,高压换热器管束氯化铵盐腐蚀泄漏。通过增加重整氢脱氯罐、提高重整氢化验分析频率等措施,可防治重整氢带氯对柴油加氢装置的影响。 Ammonium chloride crystallization occurred in the parts such as new hydrogenation system,pipe shell pass of the high pressure heat exchanger,turbine sealing of thermal and high temperature fractional hydraulic in the diesel oil hydrogenation refining unit because of chlorine in the hydrogen,which resulted in raised system differential pressure and corrosion leakage by ammonium chloride in pipe of the high pressure heat exchanger. By addition of dechlorination tank on reformer hydrogen and raise analysis test frequency on the hydrogen renormalization,effect of chlorine in the hydrogen renormalization on the diesel oil hydrogenation unit was prevented.
