摘要
中国石油抚顺石化公司1. 2 Mt/a催化裂化装置分馏塔顶后冷凝器管束腐蚀等情况以及应用超声波防、除垢技术后冷凝器的情况,并且介绍了CMFG防、除垢流程和机理以及其独特的专利技术,通过对冷凝器应用CMFG前后情况对比和分析研究,证明CMFG超声波防、除垢技术在蜡油催化分馏塔顶后冷凝器应用的适用性。
Corrosion of the condenser bundle at the top of the fractionator tower in 1. 2 Mt/a catalytic device in Fushun Petrochemical Company and the condenser situation after adopting CMFG ultrasonic prevention and descaling technology were described. Flow,mechanism and the individual patent technology of the CMFG prevention and descaling technology were introduced. The suitability of the CMFG technology on the condenser at the top of the fractionator tower in the wax oil catalytic unit was testified by comparison and analysis on the condenser situation before and after application of the CMFG technology.
