摘要
新能源汽车技术已成为解决当前能源危机、环境污染等问题关键技术,新能源汽车成为汽车工业的发展方向。本文以某款8.5米公交车型匹配新能源动力总成系统为目的,以纯电直驱动力总成系统为匹配技术方案,利用AVL Cruise建立仿真模型进行理论计算,结合新能源测试台架验证及样车实际公交路线测试,结果表明:AVL Cruise模型仿真、台架验证及公交路线测试等验证结果都满足匹配车型的性能要求及动力需求,说明为该车型匹配纯电直驱动力总成系统方案具有可行性。
New energy vehicle technology has become the key technology to solve the current energy crisis, environmental pollution and other issues. New energy vehicles have become the development direction of the automotive industry. The purpose of the paper is to match the pure electric direct drive system for 8.5m city bus. AVL Cruise software is used to establish the simulation model and the model is calculated. The bench test and road test of the system are carried out. The results of AVL Cruise model simulation, bench test and road test are all sarisfled with the performance requirements and dynamic demand of the city bus, so it is feasible to match the pure electric power system for the city bus.
