摘要
现代陆军转型后,战斗形态转变为信息化条件下体系作战,为实现新形势下对后勤装备系统整体联动保障效能的评估,以部队执行机动作战任务为背景,采用模拟仿真的方法,通过对后勤装备系统构成分析与能力分析,对后勤保障装备系统建立保障效能评估指标体系,该指标适用于一线作战部队实施保障效能评估,其数据采集、管理方法简单易行,方便部队具体操作。
