Experimental Study on the Energy Consumption of Semi-autogenous Mill Based on Response Surface Methodology

摘要 为了探究半自磨机磨矿性能和破碎能耗问题,以半自磨机作为试验样机,针对衬板数量、高度、宽度3个影响因素,采用响应曲面法进行综合实验,以-1 mm物料产量和作业电功率作为选矿评价指标,分析了衬板结构参数变化对磨矿效果及功能转化效率的影响趋势,并得出最优组合,结果表明:当衬板结构参数数量为32根,高度为17~20mm,宽度为22~26mm时半自磨机达到磨矿最佳效果;当衬板数量为32根,高度为14~18mm,宽度为20~24mm时,半自磨机达到最佳比能耗值。 In order to investigate the grinding performance and crushing energy consumption of semi-autogenous mill, the semi- autogenous mill was used as a test prototype. Aimed at the influence factors including number, height and width of liner, the response surface methodology was used for the comprehensive experiment, Taking -1 mm material output and operation electric power as grinding evaluation indexes, the influence trend of the change of liner structure parameters on the grinding efficiency and function conversion efficiency was analyzed, and the optimal combination was obtained. The results showed that when the number of liner was 32, the height was I7-20 m m and the width was 22~26 mm, the grinding effect of semi-autog-enous mill was the best. When the number of liner was 32, the height was 14-18 mm and the width was 20-24 mm, the energy consumption of semi semi-autogenous was the best.
