摘要
目的:合成一种新的苦参碱衍生物,并研究此衍生物对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞增殖抑制的影响。方法:以苦参碱为原料,水解后与氢化钠,芳香醛类化合物反应得到终产物。以苦参碱做对照,不同浓度的衍生物处理人胃癌SGC-7901细胞,通过MTT法观察其对癌细胞增殖的影响。结果:合成一个未见文献报道的苦参碱衍生物,并对其进行了结构表征。该衍生物在浓度大于200μM时对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞呈现明显增殖抑制作用。结论:合成的苦参碱衍生物在体外具有较苦参碱更强的细胞增殖抑制作用。
Objective:A novel matrine derivatives was synthesized and its effects on the proliferation of human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells was evaluated. Methods:The final product was prepared by a three-step reaction of hydrolysis,esterification and condensation from Matrine. Human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells were cultured and inhibitive effects of different concentration on SGC-7901 cells proliferation were evaluated by MTT assay. Results:A novel matrine derivatives was obtained and its structure was characterized. The experiments in vitro showed that the inhibitive effect of matrine on the proliferation of human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells was significant at the concentration of more than 800 μM. Conclusion:The inhibitive effects of derivative on human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells proliferation was better than that of matrine in vitro.
