四逆汤对肾纤维化大鼠氧化应激反应的干预作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究四逆汤对肾纤维化的治疗作用及对肾组织氧化应激的干预作用。方法:将大鼠分为假手术组、模型对照组、肾衰宁组和四逆汤组。除假手术组外,其余各组采用单侧输尿管结扎法制备肾纤维化模型,以24 h尿蛋白、血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、肾组织丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量及肾脏病理为指标观察四逆汤对肾纤维化的治疗作用及氧化应激反应的干预作用。结果:与假手术组比较,模型对照组动物24 h尿蛋白含量、血清BUN水平、Cr水平及肾组织匀浆MDA水平明显升高(P<0.05),肾组织SOD水平明显降低(P<0.05),且肾组织病理改变严重。与模型对照组相比,模型对照组及四逆汤组可降低模型动物24 h尿蛋白含量、血清BUN和肌酐水平、肾组织匀浆MDA水平(P<0.05),升高肾组织匀浆SOD(P<0.05),改善肾组织病理。结论:四逆汤对肾纤维化有治疗作用,且与减轻肾纤维化过程中的氧化应激反应有关。 Objective:To study the effect of Sini decoction on Renal fibrosis and oxdation stress reation. Methods:The rats were divided into sham group,model group,positive group and Sini decoction treatment group. Renal fibrosis model was made by unilateral ureteral ligation. Choose the level of urine protein content,serum BUN and Cr,renal tissue MDA,SOD,GSH and renal pathology to observe the therapeutic effect of Sini decoction on renal fibrosis rats. Results:Compared with the sham group,the levels of 24 h urinary protein,serum BUN,Cr and the level of MDA in the kidney tissues were increased significantly(P〈0.05);the level of SOD in the kidney tissues were significantly decreased(P〈0.05),and the kidneys damaged serious. Compared with the model group,the 24 h urine protein content,the level of BUN,GRMDA were reduced(P〈0.05),the level of SOD in the kidney tissue were increased(P〈0.05),the degree of pathological damage were reduced,in the Sini decoction group and postive group. Conclusion:Sini Decoction may degrade renal fibrosis by suppressing the oxidative stress reation on renal fibrosis Rats.
