摘要
目的观察达英-35与二甲双胍联合治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的疗效。方法选取选取2017年1月~2018年1月我院住院治疗100例肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组月经第5天开始服用达英-35,观察组同时联合二甲双胍片治疗,持续治疗3个月后对两组患者治疗前后的性激素水平变化情况及临床表现的变化情况进行比较分析。结果两组患者均经治疗3个月后,观察组总有效率为96.00%,明显高于对照组。观察组患者的FSH、LH及T水平治疗显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的月经不调、多毛、肥胖例数显著少于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论达英-35与二甲双胍联合治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征能显著提高临床疗效,改善性激素水平,缓解临床症状,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective To observe the curative efect of Diane-35 combined with mefformin in the treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods 100 patients with obese polycystic ovary syndrome who were hospitalized for the treatment in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given Diane-35 on the fifth day of menstruation. The observation group was also given mefformin tablets. After 3 months of continuous treatment, the changes of sex hor- mone levels and clinical manifestations before and after treatment were analyzed and compared between the two groups of patients. Results After 3 months of treatment in both groups, the total effective rate in the observation group was 96.00%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group. The FSH, LH and T levels of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P〈0.05). The number of cases with irregular menstruation, hairiness and obesity in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group, and the difference was significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The combination of Diane-35 and metformin in the treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, improve the level of sex hormones, re- lieve clinical symptoms, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
