瓷贴面与氧化锆全瓷冠在前牙间隙患者修复中的比较分析

Comparative analysis of porcelain veneer and zirconia all-ceramic crown in the repair of 104 patients with anterior interdental space

目的比较分析瓷贴面与氧化锆全瓷冠在前牙间隙患者修复中的应用价值。方法选取2015年1月~2017年1月我院收治的104例前牙间隙患者,以随机数字表法分为瓷贴面组(n=52)与氧化锆组(n=52),瓷贴面组予以瓷贴面修复,氧化锆组予以氧化锆全瓷冠修复,对比两组优良率、满意度,随访1年,统计修复体情况。结果瓷贴面组优良率96.15%高于氧化锆全瓷冠组78.85%(P <0.05);瓷贴面组满意度94.23%高于氧化锆全瓷冠组71.15%(P <0.05);瓷贴面组修复体事件发生率1.92%与氧化锆全瓷冠组5.77%比较无显著差异(P> 0.05)。结论瓷贴面与氧化锆全瓷冠均是前牙间隙修复有效方法,但瓷贴面修复可提高患者满意度,修复效果较佳,值得推广。

Objective To compare and analyze the application value of porcelain veneer and zirconia all-ceramic crown in the repair of anterior teeth space. Methods 104 patients with anterior interdental space admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into porcelain veneer group （n=52） and zirconia group （n=52）. The quilt group was repaired with porcelain veneer, and the zirconia group was repaired with zirconia all-ceramic crown. The excellent rate and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. The follow-up was performed for 1 year. Results The excellent rate of porcelain veneers was 96.15% higher than that of zirconia all-ceramic crowns （78.85%） （P 〈 0.05）; the satisfaction of porcelain veneers was 94.23% higher than that of zirconia all-ceramic crowns （71.15%） （P 〈 0.05）; There was no signifcant difference between the 1.12% of the prosthesis event and the 5.77% of the zirconia all-ceramic crown group （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Porcelain veneers and zirconia all-ceramic crowns are effective methods for anterior interdental space repair, but porcelain veneer repair can improve patient satisfaction and better repair effect, which is worth promoting.
