自体脂肪颗粒面部填充术后的延续性护理方案

Continuous nursing plan after facial filling with autologous fat granules

目的分析面部填充术后的延续性护理方案价值。方法 2017年4月~2018年4月,医院选择择期进行面部填充术患者96例。按照入院顺序分组,对照组、观察组各入组48例,分别给予常规护理、延续性护理方案。结果两组对象都未见感染等严重的并发症,观察组穿刺点红肿/瘀血发生率、体像障碍发生率、失眠率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论面部填充术后的延续性护理方案有助于减轻患者心理问题,提升护理满意率。

Objective To analyze the value of continuous nursing after facial flling. Methods From April 2017 to April 2018, 96 patients with facial implants were selected. According to the order of admission, 48 patients in the control group and 48 cases in the observation group were divided into two groups： routine nursing and continuous nursing. Results There were no serious complications such as infection in both groups. The incidence of redness and blood stasis, the incidence of body image disorder and the rate of insomnia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Face The continuous nursing program after partial flling can alleviate the psychological problems and improve the satisfaction rate of nursing care.
