摘要
分类培养模式有利于医学研究生教育质量的全面提高,以发现、思考、解决问题的思路,剖析分类培养课程教学改革中对医学研究生创新教育不足问题,探索如何满足社会对医学高水平人才、多样性人才的需求,以提升医学研究生综合素质。
The classified training model is conducive to the overall improvement of the quality of medical graduate education, in order to find, think and solve problems, the paper analysis of the lack of innovative education for medical postgraduates in the teaching reform of classified training, explore how to meet the social needs of the diversity of talents of medical high level talents, and to improve the comprehensive quality of medical postgraduates.
