立德树人视阈下高校党代表工作室的构建路径与育人功能探索——以湖南中医药大学为例

高校党代表工作室作为党代表任期制和党代会常任制试点工作的产物,既是深化党代会常任制的重要载体,更是高校就如何坚持办学正确政治方向、"如何培养人"、如何实现全员全过程全方位育人的一种强有力的探索。高校应进一步加强对党代表工作室构建路径与育人功能的探索及实践,创新基层党建工作,服务学生成长成才,优化思想政治工作质量,努力实现立德树人根本任务,培养社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人。

As the product of pilot work of the tenure system of the party representative and the permanent system of the Party Congress, party representative workshop in Colleges and universities is not only an important carrier for deepening the permanent system of the Party Congress, but also a powerful exploration for how to stick to correct political direction,how to train people and how to achieve the full range education with all the staffinvolved throughout the process in colleges and universities.Colleges and universities should further strengthen the exploration and practice in construction path and educational function of the party representative workshop, innovate the Party building work at the primary level, promote the student development, optimize the quality of ideological and political work, strive to realize the fundamental task of fostering integrity and promoting rounded development of people,and train the qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism.
