Intensify the “Four Strength” to Prove the Level of Party Building of the Departments and Faculties

本文旨在结合学校党建工作实际,扎实落实高校党建20条重点任务,着重在强化"四力"上下功夫,全面加强学校党委对院(系)基层党建工作的领导,提升院(系)基层党建工作水平。

The ideological and political work in universities is fundamental to the questions that what universities to build and how to run universities well. Also, it is closely related to the Chinese Communist Party＇s leadership over universities as well as successors of the cause of the socialism with Chinese characteristics. Therefore, the value orientation of ideological and political work in universities should be attached great importance to; ideological and political work concerning students, teachers, curriculums, disciplines, and environmental issues must be centered around; cultivating talents throughout the whole process and all dimensional ought to be explored. Furthermore, the work should be promoted according to the change of situations and times as well as the new trend. And high moral values establishment and people cultivation must be taken as the fundamental task of education.
