摘要
采用问卷调查法,发放567份问卷,使用思想政治素质调查表、大五人格简表(NEO-FFI)探讨不同思想政治素质大学生的人格差异。结果发现:大学生整体思想政治素质较高,但仍存在宗教信仰、价值观偏差等问题;大学生大五人格存在显著的性别和年级差异;不同宗教信仰、人生价值选择、政治面貌及入党动机的大学生大五人格差异显著;大学生入党意愿、爱国主义教育及道德法制教育意愿与大五人格皆存在显著相关。教育对策:可进行正确的人生观世界观教育,坚定思想政治教育的信念;针对学生特点因材施教,提高思想政治教育有效性;对学生积极人格特别是责任感进行培养,巩固思想政治教育的效果。
The study explored 567 college students' personality performance in different ideological and political quality with questionnaires of Ideological and Political Quality and Big Five Personality(NEO-FFI). Result showed: College students have a high overall ideological and political quality, but still some problems; Big five personality exist significant differences in gender and grade; Different religious belief, value choice, political affiliation, and motives to join the party have significant difference in the big five personality; The willingness of join the party, patriotism education, moral and legal education have significant correlation with the big five personality. Education suggestion. To promote the effect of Ideological and political education, we should teach the students the right Life and World-View according their characteristics and aptitude, and cultivate their positive and healthy personality, especially the responsible personality.
