中医院校毕业生跟踪与反馈智能分析系统的建设与应用

Construction and Application of Intelligent Analysis System for Graduates' Tracking and Feedback in TCM

针对中医高校在教学质量评价过程中缺少毕业生与用人单位对教学评价的问题,提出了建设毕业生跟踪反馈智能分析系统。系统实时收集毕业生对教学的反馈数据、用人单位对学生的评价数据和毕业生的发展数据。实践证明,通过对历史大数据的智能分析,使教学评价与教师评价更加完善、客观。同时发现人才培养、专业设置与课程设置之间的规律与趋势,为本科教育教学的改革提供决策依据。

In view of the lack of graduate evaluation and employer evaluation in the process of teaching quality evaluation in TCM, an intelligent analysis system of graduates＇ tracking feedback is put forward. The system real-time collects the date about graduates＇ evaluation on teaching, employers to student evaluation and graduate growth. Through the intelligent analysis of historical big data, the teaching evaluation and teacher evaluation are more perfect and objective. At the same time, it finds out the rules and trends between talent training, specialty provision and curriculum setting, so as to provide decision-making basis for the reform of undergraduate education.
