摘要
随着社会的发展,大学生各方面压力不断增加,导致其心理健康水平不断下降。本文基于阅读疗法对人心理的矫正性作用,对大学生的心理现状进行系统分析,探究英语成长小说作为阅读疗法素材对大学生心理健康的积极影响和干预路径。研究表明,英语成长小说阅读能有效引导学生建立健康的心理状态,培养其自我心理调节能力。高校应当转变教育观念,重视大学生的人文素质的培养;根据学生受众需要,规范成长小说选择标准;整合校方资源,积极发挥成长小说的心理干预作用。
With the development of society, the pressure of college students is increasing, which leads to the decline of their mental health level. This essay makes a systematic analysis of the psychological status of college students, which based on the corrective effect of reading therapy on human psychology. It also probes into the positive effect and the intervention path of college students' mental health when initiation stories used as the materials of bibliotherapy. The research shows that reading English initiation stories can guide students to establish a healthy psychological state effectively, cultivate their self-regulating abilities. Colleges and universities should change their educational concepts and attach importance to the cultivation of Humanistic qualities of college students. According to the needs of the students, standardizes the selection criteria of the initiation stories. Integrating the school resources and giving full play to the psychological intervention of the initiation stories.
