本文分析了中医药院校大学生思想政治教育管理存在的问题,探索新发展理念下中医药院校大学生思想政治教育管理的基本内涵,提出以创新为驱动,健全中医药院校思政管理体制;以协调为指引,强化中医药院校思政管理思想;以绿色为理念,改善中医药院校思政管理环境;以开放为根本,改革中医药院校思政管理方法;以共享为目标,提高中医药院校思政管理意识。

This paper analyzes the existing problems of ideological and political education management of TCM colleges, explores the connotation of it under the new concept of development. Sound management system driving by Innovative development, strengthen management thought guiding by Coordinated development, improve management environment by concept of Green development, reform management method by Open development, improve management awareness by aim for Shared development.
