高校辅导员专业化进程的推进策略研究

摘要 《高等学校辅导员职业能力标准(暂行)》的出台,为高校辅导员专业化指明了发展方向,规定了工作内容和能力要求。但辅导员专业化的推进策略还不明确,实践中进展较慢。当前应首先明确专业化的主要层次架构,实践中可围绕管理、服务、思想政治工作三个层次开展工作。三个层次中,管理是基础,服务是依托,日常思想政治教育是核心。应以管理专业化作为当前的突破口。通过理清思路、取得阶段性成果,提升辅导员队伍的专业自信,促进队伍建设,加快专业化进程。 The standard of professional ability of instructors in Institutions of higher learning(Provisional) has pointed out the development direction for the specialization of university instructors, and stipulated the content and ability requirements of the work. But the promotion strategy of instructor specialization is not clear, and the progress is slow in practice. At present, we should make clear the main level structure of specialization, and we can carry out the work in three levels of management, service and ideological and political work. In the three levels, management is the foundation, service is the basis, and daily ideological and political education is the core. Management specialization should be taken as the breakthrough point at present. Through sorting out ideas and achieving periodic results, we can improve the professional confidence of instructors, promote team building and speed up the process of professionalization.
