摘要
高质量的创业教育师资严重短缺,成为了制约创业教育发展的关键因素。高职院校创业教育师资队伍建设面临总量严重不足、结构不合理、胜任力不足等现实困境。通过创新机制体制,对通识课、专业课、企业家指导课三类创业主干课程教师进行分类建设管理,激发教师动力,充实师资队伍数量。通过推进校企人才共享,实施教师成长计划,提升创业教育师资队伍的胜任力。
The shortage of high- quality entrepreneurship education teachers has become a keyfactor restricting the development of entrepreneurship education. The construction of the faculty ofentrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges mainly has serious difficulties such as theserious shortage of the total number, unreasonable structure and insufficient competence. Through theinnovation mechanism system, it is advisable to carry out the classification and construction managementof teachers who teach the major three types of entrepreneurial courses, namely general education courses,professional courses and entrepreneurial guidance courses. As a result, the motivation of teachers isgreatly stimulated, and the number of teachers is enlarged. Through the promotion of school-enterprisetalent sharing, the implementation of teacher growth plans will enhance the competency of theentrepreneurial education faculty.
