金华市城区居民垃圾分类回收现状及对策研究

Investigation and Countermeasure Study on Waste Sorting and Recycling of Urban Residents in Jinhua

"垃圾围城"是我国城市区域目前面临的重大环境问题,垃圾分类回收利用是解决该问题的有效方法。为了了解目前金华市城区居民垃圾分类回收的现状,通过问卷的方式进行调查,结果发现金华市居民对垃圾分类持肯定的态度,但是绝大多数居民未付诸行动。从政府及居民的角度分析垃圾分类到垃圾循环利用所经过的步骤,政府应加强垃圾分类宣传,让居民明确垃圾分类的具体方法,政府统筹安排回收分类垃圾,并对其进行合理处置,做到资源循环利用。政府主导、居民配合,形成良性循环,有效治理"垃圾围城"的环境问题。

Waste siege is a major environmental problem in the urban areas of current China. Wastesorting and recycling is an effective method to solve this problem. In order to understand the currentstatus of waste sorting and recycling in the urban area of Jinhua City, the survey was carried out throughthe questionnaire. The results show that the residents of Jinhua have a positive attitude towards thesorting of waste, but the vast majority of the residents did not put their idea into action. From theperspective of the government and residents, we analyzed the steps taken from waste sorting to wasterecycling. The government should strengthen the publicity of waste sorting, inform the residents of thespecific methods of waste sorting, arrange the recycling of classified waste and make rational disposal ofit to make use of the recycling of resources. The government’s leading and residents’cooperation willmake it come true to form a virtuous circle and to deal with the environmental problems of the siegeeffectively.
