“双一流”建设:高职教育何去何从——以重庆财经职业学院为例

"Double First-class" Construction:Where does Higher Vocational Education Fit in——Taking Chongqing College of Finance and Economics as an Example

"双一流"建设是"十三五"规划时期国务院积极统筹推进"世界一流大学和一流学科"建设的战略性决策。为了实现把我国建成高等教育强国的"中国梦",在"双一流"政策浪潮的推动下,整个高等教育系统将面临着重大改革和转型。然而,"双一流"建设并不仅仅是少数名牌大学及重点大学等普通高等院校的专利,占据中国教育半壁江山的职业教育,也应积极推进"双一流"建设。以重庆财经职业学院为例,提出内涵建设与外延发展相结合,争创优质高职院校,探索"双一流"建设背景下高职教育的特色发展之路。

The ＂double first-class＂ construction is a strategic decision made by the State Council during the 13th Five-Year Plan period to actively promote the construction of ＂ world-class universities and first-class disciplines＂. In order to realize the Chinese dream of building China into a higher education power, the whole higher education system will face major reform and transformation under the impetus of the ＂ double first class＂ policy. However, the ＂ double first-class＂ construction is not the patent of ordinary higher education, particularly, just a few famous universities and key universities. Occupying half of China＇s education, vocational education, should also actively promote the ＂ double first-class＂ construction. Taking Chongqing Vocational College of Finance and Economics as an example, this paper puts forward the combination of connotation construction and extension development, strives for high quality vocational colleges and explores the characteristics of the development of higher vocational education under the background of ＂ double first class＂ construction.
