This paper, in view of the current difficulties faced by college students in choosing entrepreneurial projects, proposes a criterion for college students--follow the market rules and be orientated by product value, industry and market, competitive advantages, marketing strategies and public welfare principles, so as to provide effective help for scientific and reasonable selection of entrepreneurial projects suitable for college students.
