The development of vocational education is closely related to the economic, political, and cuhural background of the country in a certain period of time. This paper sorts out important reports and relevant legislation in the development process of Australian vocational education after the Second World War. It analyzes the successful experience of Australia＇s vocational education policy report and legislative evolution, and is of great significance for continuously improving the legislation of vocational education in China and promoting the sound development of vocational education.
