HDAC3和PTEN在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其与预后的相关性 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨组蛋白脱乙酰酶3(histone deacetylases 3,HDAC3)、第10号染色体缺失的磷酸酶和张力蛋白同源物基因(phosphates homologue deleted on chromosome 10,PTEN)在非小细胞肺癌中的表达与临床病理特征和预后的关系。方法收集手术切除的原发非小细胞肺癌组织61例,癌旁肺组织24例。采用免疫组化法检测这些组织中HDAC3和PTEN蛋白的表达,并分析HDAC3和PTEN蛋白的表达与临床病理特征和预后的关系。结果原发性非小细胞肺癌组织中HDAC3表达显著高于癌旁肺组织(P <0. 01),而PTEN的表达则是癌旁组织高于癌组织(P <0. 01)。HDAC3蛋白的表达与患者的临床分期有关(P <0. 05),而PTEN的表达则与患者肿瘤组织的淋巴结转移情况和临床分期有关(P <0. 05)。Kaplan-Meier生存分析HDAC3阳性表达组患者生存率明显低于阴性表达组,PTEN阳性表达组患者生存率明显高于阴性表达组。COX回归分析显示HDAC3和PTEN是非小细胞肺癌患者的独立预后因素。结论 HDAC3和PTEN与非小细胞肺癌的发生、发展有关,并可能存在协同作用; HDAC3和PTEN蛋白表达的检测有助于评估患者的预后。
