加味黄芪建中汤联合西药治疗慢性胃炎脾胃虚寒证的临床探讨

A Clinical Study on Treating Chronic Gastritis Caused by Deficiency-cold of the Spleen and Stomach by Jiawei Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction Combined with Western Medicine

目的:探讨加味黄芪建中汤联合西药治疗慢性胃炎脾胃虚寒证的临床价值。方法:随机抽取80例收治于2016年3月~2018年3月间我院确诊的慢性胃炎脾胃虚寒证患者,分为对照组与实验组,对照组给予西药奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、克拉霉素治疗;实验组在对照组基础上配合使用中药加味黄芪建中汤,比较两组患者治疗情况。结果:对照组总有效率为70.00%,实验组总有效率为95.00%,实验组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前中医证候积分无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组中医症候积分较治疗前差异显著(P<0.05);对照组病情复发率为7.50%;而实验组病情复发率为2.50%,显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后实验组患者胃脘痛、畏寒神倦、脉沉细、面色不华以及舌淡有齿痕、舌苔淡薄症状评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味黄芪建中汤联合西药治疗慢性胃炎脾胃虚寒证患者效果显著。

Objective： To investigate the effect of treating chronic gastritis caused by deficiency-cold of the spleen and stomach by Jiawei Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with western medicine. Methods： Eighty cases selected from patients with chronic gastritis caused by deficiency-cold of the spleen and stomach and treated from March 2016 to March 2018 were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group.The control group was given western medicine（ omeprazole,amoxicillin,clarithromycin）,while the experimental group was given Jiawei Jianzhong Decoction additionally. The treatments of the two groups were compared.Results： The total effective rate of the controp group was 70. 00%,while the total effective rate of the experimental group was 95. 00%. The latter was obviously better than that of the former（ P〈0. 05）. The scores of TCM syndromes were significantly different after treatment in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The relapse rate of the control group was 7. 50%,while the relapse rate of the experimental group was 2. 50%,which is significantly lower（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the scores of the symptoms of the patients in the experimental group,such as gastric cavity pain,fear of cold and fatigue,deep and thready pulse,pale complexion,light red tongue with teeth mark and pale tongue with thin coating,were obviously higher than those of the experimental group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The effect of treating chronic gastritis caused by deficiency-cold of the spleen and stomach by Jiawei Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with western medicine is remarkable.
