摘要
利用ANSYS Workbench软件,对某型槽式光热发电系统中的连续排污扩容器进行了应力分析及强度评定。依据各工况下设备的受热温度及压力波动等参数,核算了扩容器的疲劳强度,并确定了该设备的累积损伤系数。通过强度计算及热机疲劳分析,为此类容器的设计及计算,提供有益的参考。
Based on the trough heat-conducting oil solar project, the continuous blowdown flash tank of the power system is made to stress analysis in ANSYS Workbench. The fatigue strength affected by temperature and pressure circulation is inspected under various conditions, and cumulative damage factor is determined. The reference for this class vessel design is provided through the thermal fatigue analysis.
