延期时间对冷却塔爆破倒塌效果影响的研究 被引量:3

摘要 为研究延期时间对冷却塔爆破倒塌效果的影响。首先利用弹塑性理论对冷却塔第三区起爆前后的倾覆条件与圈梁及人字柱截面的强度进行校核。然后利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元分析软件对三种不同的延期时间下冷却塔爆破倒塌进行数值模拟,并对三种条件下冷却塔的倒塌效果进行对比分析。研究结果表明:增加第三区的延期时间,有利于减少爆破切口形成瞬间塔身的重力势能,降低触地时塔身动能,从而减少了由于冷却塔倒塌而诱发的塌落振动;另外,倒塌后的爆堆长度在一定程度上随延期时间增加而减少最终保持稳定。 In order to study the effect of delay time on blasting collapse of cooling tower,the overturning condition of cooling tower and the supporting strength of the remaining herringbone columns were analyzed firstly based on the elasto-plasticity theory. Then,the collapse of a cooling tower under three different kinds of blasting delay time conditions was simulated by the ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element analysis software. Besides,the collapse effects of cooling towers under three conditions were compared and analyzed. The results show that the of delay time increasing was conducive to reduce the gravitational potential energy of the tower at the moment of blasting incision. The reduced kinetic energy of the tower at touchdown can reduce the collapse vibration induced by the collapsing of the cooling tower. In addition,the collapsed pile length decreased as delay time increasing,and remained stable eventually.
