摘要
目的探索预防医学专业卫生人力资源配置现状,为提高公共卫生行业发展提供科学依据。方法通过调查问卷、走访座谈等形式,对预防医学卫生人力资源现状进行调查分析。结果预防医学卫生人力资源配置现状不容乐观,人才数量、结构配置存在着诸多不合理问题。结论适应区域医疗体制改革发展趋势需要,加强基层预防医学专业人才队伍建设,构建高职高专医学院校预防医学专业人才培养的新平台,突出预防医学职能作用,提高公共卫生人才队伍人才队伍建设,对完善公共卫生机构预防医学专业人才培养具有重要的指导意义。
Objective To explore the current situation of the allocation of health human resources in preventive medicine,so as to provide a scientific basis for improving the development of public health industry. Methods Through questionnaires,interviews and seminars, the status of preventive medical human resources was investigated and analyzed. Results The current situation of human resources allocation in preventive medicine is not optimistic,and there are many irrational problems in the quantity and structure of human resources. Conclusion To meet the needs of reform and development trend of regional medical system,strengthening the construction of professional personnel in preventive medicine,to build a new platform for Higher Vocational Medical College of preventive medicine professional training,highlighting the function of preventive medicine and public health professionals to improve the talent team construction,to improve the public health prevention institutions has important guiding significance of medical professional training.
