摘要
共同体视域下,开放大学是一个大的生态系统和办学平台,兼职教师的传统教学行为、角色定位与自身的效能受到了挑战。为提高开放大学教育组织的适应力,应对未来教育环境的挑战,开放大学要将教学责任作为兼职教师最基本的学术责任。研究指出,兼职教师在为学习者提供学习支持服务时,教学责任认知、教学责任行为及教学责任情感不可或缺。兼职教师要深入理解教学责任,主动承担教学责任;开放大学组织需要根据学习者与学校发展的需求,对兼职教师队伍进行管理和培训。兼职教师要履行教学职责,需要完成从单位人到体系人的角色转换;兼职单位要为此转换提供保障条件。
From the perspective of community,Open University is a large ecosystem and educational platform. The traditional teaching behavior,role positioning and self-efficacy of part-time teachers are challenged. In order to improve the adaptability of Open University's education organization and meet the challenge of future education environment,the teaching responsibility should be taken as the most basic academic responsibility of part-time teachers in Open University. It is pointed out that teaching responsibility cognition,teaching responsibility behavior and teaching responsibility emotion are indispensable while part-time teachers are providing learning support services for learners. It is necessary for part-time teachers to deeply understand and actively take teaching responsibilities. Open University has an obligation to train and administrate part-time teachers according to the learners' needs. The part-time teachers should complete the transformation from the unit persons to the system persons to fulfill their teaching responsibility,while the part-time employing units should provide guarantees for this transformation.
