摘要
教师知识基础是教师进行教学实践活动的重要支撑,有效的教师教育课程设置有利于帮助教师获得顺利进行教学实践活动的知识基础。学科知识和教学知识、学科教学知识、实践性知识三个阶段的在职教师教育课程设置在教师教育理念和知识观基础、教师参与教师教育的动力源以及教师教育课程评价三方面存在不同。因此,基于教师知识基础的在职教师教育课程设置应以相应的知识基础为依据,重视教师的教学经验和内在需求,建立完善多元的教师教育课程评价体系,以促进教师专业发展,提高其专业地位。
Teachers ’ knowledge base provides important support to teachers ’ teaching practice, and effective teacher education curriculum can help teachers acquire the knowledge base conducive to the smooth progress of teaching practice. Disciplinary knowledge and the in-service teacher education curriculum comprising three stages, i. e. , teaching knowledge, disciplinary teaching knowledge and practical knowledge are different in three aspects : the concept and knowledge-based view of teacher education, teachers ’ power source for participating in teacher education, and the evaluation of teacher education curriculum. Therefore, in-service teacher education curriculum based on teachers, knowledge base should be formulated according to corresponding knowledge base. We should also pay attention to teachers ’ teaching experience and internal de-mands ,establish a reasonable and diversified teacher education course evaluation system, promote teachers ' professional development and raise their social status.
