摘要
新时代卓越教师不仅是"传道、授业、解惑"的佼佼者,更是人类进步、社会发展、国家强盛、民族振兴的愿景型领导者。愿景型领导者式卓越教师的角色本质,既有文、史、哲及域外先进理念借鉴的学理基础和依据,也有时代背景与民族使命、教师专业标准以及新时期新型教师观的现实根据。造就更多愿景型领导者式的卓越教师,需立足人与学科有机整合的发展立场,秉持过程哲学的培养逻辑,落实生源入学后二次选拔的科学机制,使"U—G—S"三位一体的形式平台与卓越教师培养候选人、卓越教师教育者、中小学一线指导者的"人—人—人"实质影响体系有机整合。
Excellent teachers in the new era are not only elites who u propagate the doctrine, impart pro-fessional knowledge,and resolve doubts' , but also visionary leaders contributing to human progress, social de-velopment and national revitalization. This role of excellent teachersas visionary leaders finds both theoretical basis in literature, history and philosophy and advanced concepts borrowed from abroad , but also practical basis in the background of the times, the mission of the nation, the standards of the teaching profession and the conception of new-type teachers of the new era. The training of excellent teachers as visionary leaders requires holding the position that men are combined organically with disciplines , following the logic of process philosophy, and implementing the scientific mechanism of secondary selection after students, admission so as to integrate the University-Govemment-School ( U-G-S) formal platform with the ‘‘people-people-people’’ system substantially influencing excellent-teacher candidates, excellent-teacher educators and primary and secondary school front-line instructors.
