陶行知师范教育思想与实践

Tao Xingzhi's Theory and Practice of Normal Education

师范教育思想是陶行知教育理论体系的重要内容。他给予师范教育"国家所托命"的地位,提出以培养"第一流教育家"为师范教育的目标,确立以中心学校为依托的办学模式、以生活为中心的教学内容和"教学做合一"的教学方法。为了更好地推动乡村师范教育的发展,他创办了晓庄学校,发明并推行了"艺友制""小先生制"。陶行知师范教育思想给予当代师范教育的启示,一是要立足本国国情推动师范教育的改革;二是要重视教师培养,应用"教学做合一"的理念;三是要依托中心学校,改善师范生的实习效果;四是要营造和谐的校园环境和师生关系。

Thoughts on teacher education are an important characteristic of Tao Xingzhi, s education theory system. He raised teacher education to the height of u relating to the destiny of the State”,viewed cultivating “first-rate educators” as the goal of teacher education, and established the school running method of relying on central schools, life as the primary teaching content and the teaching method of u combining teaching with practice . To promote the development of teacher education in rural areas,he founded Xiaozhuang School where he invented and popularized the “friend with skills as teacher system” and the “little teacher system. From his thoughts on teacher education, we are enlightened on contemporary teacher education in four aspects ： firstly,we should reform our teacher education in light of our national conditions; secondly , we should pay attention to teacher cultivation and adopt the idea of u combining teaching, learning and practice ; thirdly,we should depend on central schools to improve normal school students,practice effect; fourthly, we should foster a harmonious school environment and teacher-student relationship.
