吴正宪老师在小学数学教学与科研道路上不断学习、不断反思、不断超越,40年里虽拥有过教师、教研员和人大代表等多种身份,但她始终不忘初心,在不同的时期用不同的方式践行对教育的爱。她敢于在小学数学教学中研究新问题,探索新方法,她领衔的"吴正宪小学数学教师工作站"带动了教师群体的专业成长。做好老师的路就在脚下,吴老师坚持静心研究儿童数学教育,以工匠精神发展教师团队,她的路将一直走下去。

Wu Zhengxian has been constantly learning, reflecting and surpassing in the field of primary school mathematics teaching and research. In spite of her different identities as a teacher, a researcher and a deputy to the People ＇ s Congress over the past 40 years, she has been staying true to her original aspiration and committing herself to education by different means in different periods. She has been courageous to explore new issues and methodsin teaching primary school mathematics. She founded Wu Zhengxian Workstation for Primary School Math Teachers, and has greatly promoted the professional development of the teaching group. To be a good teacher, one may go about the solid work. She is utterly devoted to research on children mathematics education,and strengthens her team with craftsmanship. She will carry on with her cause as al-ways.
