摘要
人工关节的三维模型重建是3D打印个性化人工髋关节技术中极为重要的环节,为后续对关节模型进行工程学修改、3D打印,以及临床模拟手术提供了重要的基础.本文提出一种在应用Mimics软件进行图像数据转换的基础上,通过3次B样条曲线进行插值计算,重构股骨及髋关节曲面的方法,完成了人工髋关节及股骨的工程学三维重建,建立一套较为完整的工程建模应用技术路线.并通过3D打印技术完成人工髋关节的快速成型制造与应用,获得了较好的匹配效果.
It was one of the most important steps to build a three-dimensional reconstruction model for the individualized artificial joint 3D printing technology. It was also the important foundation to continue the following processes, including engineering CAD modification, 3D printing application and analogue operation. A method was presented to reconstruct the three-dimensional model of artificial hip joint. A set of complete engineering technology route for artificial hip joint model reconstruction was built. Firstly, a simple model was built with the professional software called Mimics, which converted CT images to three dimensional images. And then the surface of hip joint and femoral were reconstructed through interpolation calculation with three B-spline curves. Finally, the 3D printing technology would achieve the speedy model making and application of artificial hip joint.
