摘要 文章阐述了混合式教学的起源及研究进展,并结合新入职护士规范化培训的要求论述了混合式教学法在在呼吸内科规范化护士培训的应用进展,结果表明,混合式教学讲授与自学相辅相成,可增加了课堂的灵活性、解决护士在职教育受限条件的问题。 This paper expounds the origin and research progress of blended teaching method, and discusses the application of blended teaching method in standardized nurse training of respiratory medicine according to the requirements of standardized training for new nurses. The results show that blended teaching and self-study complement each other, which can increase the flexibility of classroom and solve the problems of the limited conditions in the in-service education of nurse.
