摘要
由于变速器的成本控制和电磁辐射的要求,越来越多的变速器控制器安装位置从发动机舱独立位置安装转变为变速器附着式安装,导致变速器控制器的安装位置环境温度也变得更加恶劣。文章介绍了变速器控制器的热设计理论以及测试方法,并对热设计和测试过程的精度误差作了详细介绍。
The cost control of gearbox and the requirements of electromagnetic radiation lead to the transition from stand - alone installation to attached installation. As a result, the installation temperature of the transmission controller becomes worse. In this paper, the thermal design theory, test method of the transmission controller, the accuracy of the thermal design and detailed test process are introduced.
