追踪我国双人滑和男子单人滑青少年优秀运动员多年比赛与训练成长的轨迹,认识花样滑冰青少年后备人才培养可持续发展的基础。采用现场观摩法、录像分析法、访谈法、资料法等方法,培养高水平花样滑冰青少年后备人才与教练员的素质和专业技能密切相关联,运动员需要具备职业素质和专业技能,教练员要具备复合型专业才能、具备较高的文化素养和科学创新能力、具备以身施教攻关能力、具备赛前预判和现场指挥及应变能力等,需要"以赛代练"、"以赛带练"和"团队精神"培养等训练创新手段的有效实施,在复合效宜的作用下使比赛成绩逐步提升,这样才能使青少年花样滑冰运动员成长为世界顶尖级人才。
