2022年冬奥会背景下黑龙江省冰雪文化发展现状与对策研究

Study on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Ice and Snow Culture in Heilongjiang Province Under the Background of Winter Olympic Games in 2022

运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等科学研究方法对在生产劳动、节庆活动、冰雪经济及运动竞赛中的黑龙江省冰雪文化传承与发展进行溯源。结合2022年冬奥会背景,在文化环境、经济、人才、管理体制及运行机制等方面剖析制约黑龙江省冰雪文化传承与发展的因素,并针对不利条件,提出以宣传为先导、以经济为基础、以教育为核心、以制度为保障的黑龙江省冰雪文化的传承与发展路径,对促进黑龙江省乃至全国冰雪文化事业和谐、有序、健康、可持续的传承与发展具有一定的理论价值与指导意义。

In this paper, using the scientific research methods of literature, expert interviews, logical analysis, traces to the source of Heilongjiang ice and snow culture inheritance and development in the production of labor, festivals, and ice snow economy in sports competition, combined with the background of the 2022 Winter Olympics, analyze the factors restricting the inheritance and development of Heilongjiang Province, ice and snow culture in terms of cultural environment, economy, talents, management system and operational meehanism, and ainfing at the adverse conditions, put forward Heilongjiang province ice and snow culture inheritance and development path to promote the pilot,based on the economy, education as the core, the system for the protection, has theoretical value and practical significance to promote the inheritance and development of Heilongjiang province and the country ice and snow culture harmonious and orderly, healthy and sustainable.
