摘要
良性阵发性位置性眩晕（benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,BPPV）在眩晕病中发病率最高,手法复位操作已取得了良好的效果,且中医中药对BPPV的后期残留症状的康复具有良好的效果.故通过中西医结合治疗方式对治疗BPPV可获得更好的疗效,具有良好的应用前景.
The incidence rate of BPPV （benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, BPPV） is highest in vertigo disease, aural calculus resetting has aehieved good effect,and traditional Chinese medicine has a good effect on the recovery of the late residual symptoms rehabilitation of BPPV, therefore the treatmant of BPPV. Can get a better effect combining traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. It will have a good application prospect.
