高职院校汽车类专业校企合作定制班现状研究——以湖南机电职业技术学院“捷豹路虎”定制班为例

校企合作的定制班,是目前产学融合的重要实践。文章针对校企合作中面临的学生与企业方面的问题:择业心态落差、资源投入不足、校企合作深度不够等,以湖南机电职业技术学院"捷豹路虎"定制班为实际案例,针对学生心理诉求,对现有矛盾进行分析并给出相应建议。
