服役钢轨磨耗的二维激光检测与分析

摘要 钢轨磨耗对列车运行性能具有较大影响,为实现服役钢轨磨耗的高效检测,搭建了基于二维激光的钢轨磨耗非接触检测系统。文章针对二维激光检测数据,采用迭代最近点(ICP)算法,将不发生磨耗的钢轨轨腰和轨底上表面与标准钢轨廓形进行匹配。采用豪斯多夫距离方法,对匹配后的轨头廓形进行磨耗量评价,在此基础上,进行服役钢轨的可视化磨耗分析。实验结果表明,服役钢轨磨耗的二维激光检测方法精度高、可靠性强,能实现服役钢轨磨耗的高效检测。 Rail wear has a great influence on train running performance.To achieve efficient inspection of service rail wear, atwo-dimensional laser-based non-contact detection system for rail wear was constructed. As for the collected laser sensordata, the iterative closest point algorithm was used to registry the worn rail waist and the upper surface of the rail to thestandard rail profile.The Hausdorff distance method was used to evaluate the wear of the matched rail head profile, and thevisual wear analysis of the service rail is performed on this basis.The experimental results showed that the two-dimensionallaser detection method for service rail wear has high precision and high reliability, and can achieve efficient detection ofservice rail wear.
