转炉煤气干法布袋除尘系统超低排放技术探析

Discussion on Ultra Low Emission Technology of Converter Gas Dry Bag Dust Removal System

目前,转炉煤气干法除尘系统的粉尘排放浓度要求越来越高,部分地区钢铁企业已经提高到了10 mg/Nm3,甚至5 mg/Nm3的要求。由于电除尘器本身的技术局限性,原有干法除尘系统已无法满足钢铁企业的要求。文章针对布袋除尘器的优点及滤料的选择,结合原干法系统的工艺,论述新的转炉煤气干法布袋除尘系统的技术路线。

The higher the concentration of dust emission from the dry dedusting system of converter, the higher therequirement is.The iron and steel enterprises in some areas have been raised to the requirements of 10 mg/Nm3 or even 5 mg/Nm3.In this way, the original dry dedusting system can not meet the requirements of iron and steel enterprises due to thetechnical limitations of the electrostatic precipitator.In view of the advantages of the bag dust collector and the selection of thefilter material and the process of the original dry process system, the technical route of the new dry bag dust removal system ofthe converter gas was discussed.
