摘要
近年来,在制茶机械自动控制方面也有所突破,而我国制茶机械化作业技术虽然取得了长足的发展,但在制茶系统的结构设计上还可以大大改进,通过上、下位机两级结构实现PLC控制功能,包括生产线现场的分布式数据采集和设备控制,控制中心画面集中监控,历史数据管理,系统安全管理,远程访问管理,以及系统通讯。运用PLC、检测传感系统等微机设备对整条生产线设备进行自动化、数字化控制,摆脱国内生产线通过多人控制单机实现简单连续化作业的缺陷,做到自动化、数字化、网络化控制。
In recent years, there has been a breakthrough in the automatic control of tea making machinery, and although thetechnology of mechanization of tea making in China has made great progress, according to the structure design of the system,the PLC control function is realized through the two-level structure of the upper and lower level machine. It includesdistributed data acquisition and equipment control in production line, centralized monitoring of control center screen,historical data management, system security management, remote access management, and system communication. Themicrocomputer equipment such as PLC and detection system is applied to the automation and digital control of the wholeproduction line equipment, and the defect of simple and continuous operation is realized through the multi-person controlsingle machine in the domestic production line, so that the automation, the digitization and the network control are realized.
