摘要
食品机械设备的好坏,会直接影响到食品的质量,良好的食品机械设备可以提高食品生产加工企业的生产效率,保持食品生产加工企业的生产发展,同时,食品机械设备的选型,也会影响到食品的安全生产。但是就目前的现状来看,我国的食品生产加工行业,没有食品机械设备的统一规范,加上在食品机械设备的选型没有相对完善的技术指导,这让很多食品生产加工企业都没有真正适合的食品生产机械设备。文章探讨了食品机械设备的选型原则和方法。
