针对火力发电厂的运行管理及事故处理方法进行分析,阐述了火力发电厂特点。探讨了火力发电厂的运行管理方式,内容有:人员培训、充分落实安全责任制、提高设备可靠性、积极做好应急预案。最后,研究了火力发电厂事故处理,内容事故分析、事故拟合、事故处理。

The operation management and accident treatment method of thermal power plant were analyzed,and the characteris-tics of thermal power plant were expounded. This paper discussed the operation and management mode of thermal power plant,which includes personnel training,full implementation of safety responsibility system, improvement of equipment reliability, andactive preparation of emergency plan. Finally, the accident treatment, content accident analysis, accident fitting and accidenttreatment of thermal power plant were studied.
